A bit about me...

I have 3 years post-secondary education in Graphic Design at George Brown College in Toronto. Prior to working as a freelance graphic artist and motion graphic artist at The Weather Network, I spent 15 years as a professional Theatre technician and occasional set and lighting designer in my home province of Quebec, and later, in Toronto.
I have earned a reputation having excellent communication skills with a knack for teaching others.
While at The Weather network, I gained extensive experience in Broadcast Television motion graphics, using After Effects, Maya and the VizRt suite of real-time television 3d graphics applications (VizArtist, VizTrio, Viz Multichannel and DataPool). I was the lead graphic artist using VizArtist/Datapool for the long-term SD to HD conversion project, re-creating graphic products and animations in high definition format.

Over the last several years, I have become highly proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite.
I love illustration and classic drawing and painting, but don't get a lot of time to indulge in that.
Lately, I have been educating myself more intensely in responsive web design, creating my own site, and a few clients sites, using Coffee Cup's Responsive Site Designer and Responsive Email Designer. I'm currently following one of Udemy's online HTML5, CSS and Javascript bootcamp courses to refresh my knowledge and expand my abilities. Python is next...

Oh, I do Wordpress sites, too.
